Moderation Not Applicable

Moderation Not Applicable This eating disorder is the least popular of all the eating disorders that exist. Some people would even be surprised that there is an eating disorder as such that is concerned with a slightly different matter. The Binge Eating Disorder is the opposite of Anorexia and Bulimia. A person who is suffering from a Binge Eating Disorder is someone who cannot stop eating. The reason for this is really unknown because there are a lot of possibilities that can be considered.

One of these is the possibility of loving food so much that a person does not care about the consequences of eating too much. Another possible reason is the fact that some people use eating as an outlet of their emotions. On thing is for sure though, whatever the reason is, it still leads a person to practice the Binge Eating Disorder.

When you think of it, the Binge Eating Disorder is not really new to people. In fact, most people engage themselves with this eating disorder daily without them knowing that they actually have an eating disorder. Articles for eating disorder symptoms state that a person who has this disorder is usually in denial. This is because they often hide his/her love for food because of fear of being teased about it. Nonetheless, the fact that a person is hiding from people says a lot already because he/she knows that there is something wrong with what he/she is doing.

A person suffering from this disorder also has the tendency to eat even when he/she is not even hungry, or even eating a food without even tasting it. Now you know that everything you do when eating should be in its right context. Whether it is eating a lot or not eating at all, the point is that it is still wrong. There is always the term moderation that we should always follow.
